Glow-in-the-dark materials absorb light, then release it slowly as a visible glow once the lights go out. SFXC's glow powders are made with strontium aluminate, which glows far brighter and longer than older materials and is not radioactive. Charge them in daylight or under a lamp for around 30 minutes and they can glow for up to 8 hours — and recharge thousands of times.
Choose your form
Glow powders to mix into resins, clear varnishes, paints, inks and binders — in green, aqua, blue and purple. Green and aqua give the brightest, longest glow.
Water-based or solvent-based — standard glow powders are for non-water-based mediums; choose the water-based version for water-based paints and inks.

Getting the best result
Use a clear or light-coloured medium so light can reach the powder, and apply over a white or light background for the strongest glow.
