Thermochromic Screen Printing Ink for Textiles. Thermochromic inks react to changes in temperature by exhibiting a colour change.

As the temperature rises above the response temperature chosen, the ink will disappear. It reverses back to its original colour as the temperature is reduced.

This pack comprises of 50% Thermochromic water based slurry and 50% water based binder. When mixed together 50/50, produces a Thermochromic ink that can be applied to Textiles.

The slurry and binder need to be mixed together in equal amounts, in order to create a finished ink that can 'fix' to it's substrate.

Apply 2/3 thin, even coats via screen printing method, this will give you thin, even coats.  You cannot apply this product via paint brush as this will make thick, uneven coat and you will see a milky or cloudy 'clearance'.  Please note one ink cannot be mixed with other colours or layered on top of each other.

Lastly, it is necessary to heat-cure the final result. Lastly, wash your printed items on a cool wash.

Screen printing ink for textiles and fabrics can be used to create fun-to-wear colour changing t-shirts for promotion or advertising.
